Welcome to Cocoo. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cocoo mobile application (the "App") provided by Sentra AI LLC ("we", "us", "our").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Use of the App

Cocoo is designed to help parents and caregivers track and manage their baby's sleep schedules, feeding, and related activities. You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App's functionality or security.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
  • Use automated means to access or scrape data from the App.
  • Impersonate any person or entity while using the App.

5. Medical Disclaimer

The App provides general information and tools for tracking baby sleep and related activities. The content and features of the App are not intended as medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical guidance, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding your child's health or well-being.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Sentra AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our prior written consent.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Cocoo may offer subscription plans and in-app purchases. By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Cancelling before the trial ends prevents any charge.
  • Refunds: All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests are subject to the respective store's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sentra AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify you of material changes via in-App notices or email where appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
